Woolworths is voluntarily recalling WBeauty Complete Clarifying Shampoo (6009233284823) with immediate effect. As part of our ongoing quality assurance processes, we identified an issue affecting a limited batch of the product, and initiated additional testing.

Further testing identified the presence of Pluralibacter gergoviae, a bacterium sometimes found in wet manufacturing environments. While the risk to healthy individuals is considered low, customers with weakened immune systems are advised to discontinue use of the product to avoid possible bacterial infection.
