SPAR is working with a preferred tech partner, Spaaza, in a strategic partnership which will see the company support the retailer internationally with the development of the next generation of SPAR’s personalised loyalty and savings platform.
Strategic Partnership
Spaaza, an independent tech company based in Amsterdam, offers a powerful personalised loyalty solution that will help to meet the future needs of the different SPAR organisations across the globe. SPAR businesses internationally will have the option to implement Spaaza’s seamlessly integrable Application Programming Interface (API)’s* to connect with their customer interface within their own app, or to implement a ready-to-go SPAR app solution.
The partnership provides opportunities for SPAR to internationally increase engagement through the provision of personalised offers and collect insights to enrich the relationship between individual SPAR country operations and their customers. The Spaaza solution will empower SPAR businesses to turn their loyalty programmes into a personalised marketing channel which can create hyper-targeted, tailored promotions and marketing communications. Spaaza will also give SPAR retailers the advanced ability to provide valuable insights to partnering suppliers.
